Healthy food which contains extra proteins and iron is excellent for your hair. If you start new diet for hair today, you will see the improvement in six months or a year, depending on your natural hair growth. The fact
that the health of your hair is directly related to food is well known. Balanced diet gives your hair the shine, elasticity, and improves its quality. That is why we made the list of foods which is healthy for your hair and which can make it shinny, beautiful and most importantly healthy. The food which you should eat in order to get a healthy and beautiful hair:
Red meat against hair loss
Iron deficiency can cause baldness. People who have problems with hair loss or hair growth usually face with iron deficiency. Women face this problem more often. Other groceries which contain a great amount of iron are chicken, turkey, egg yolk, dry fruits and many others.
Eggs against split ends
Eggs contain a great amount of biotin, vitamin B which has influence on hair growth and health of your scalp generally. Vitamin B deficiency can cause split ends. Other food which contains biotin is peanut, almond, salmon, cheese and avocado.
Bananas, beer and dry grape for thicker hair
